Our bakery rehabilitation project focuses on transforming existing bakery facilities into modern, efficient production centers through comprehensive equipment installation and facility upgrades. We specialize in manufacturing and installing automatic bakery production lines, including advanced dough processing systems, conveyor belts, industrial ovens, proofing machines, and cooling systems. Our services encompass the complete rehabilitation process from initial assessment and design to equipment manufacturing, installation, and commissioning. We work with SwedenTech Engineering Company for Bakery Equipment, utilizing food-grade chrome 304 stainless steel in all equipment manufacturing, ensuring compliance with international specifications and approved standards. Our production lines feature advanced optical and thermal sensors, precision-calibrated mechanical and electrical systems, and automated control panels for optimal production efficiency. The rehabilitation includes installation of industrial mixers, dough dividers, proofing chambers, tunnel ovens, and conveyor systems designed for continuous production. We use argon welding for all metal parts, especially in the manufacture of brewers and conveyor belts, ensuring durability and food safety compliance.
